Mocha Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 Banana
- 2 Eggs
- Chia Seeds
- Saigon Cinnamon
- Rolled Oats
- Whey Protein Powder
- Mocha Cappuccino Powder Mix
Directions:
- Put all ingredients above in a blender and blend until thick.
- Pour batter in an oiled skillet to form pancakes.
- Flip over when bottom is lightly browned.
Tips:
- Add toppings of your choice onto your stack of mocha-flavored pancakes!
